sounds wierd but it works
rinse in Listerine- it gets rid of baby cradle cap and also what you are describing... my kids used it in their teens and you could always find a big bottle of it in the shower when they had a flare...

Kindle fires
I was lucky enough to get 4 Kindle fires from Donors Choose a few years ago and they are invaluable. I get most of the same apps that I get on my own mini ipad and I can get websites easily too....
