Our local firefighters are all full-time municipal employees. They still do "Fill the Boot" campaigns, but only for charities they support. Around here it usually seems to be the Muscular Dystrophy...

In my state it's illegal for preschools to deny entrance to a child because he or she isn't potty trained. It's interesting how communities can differ so much depending on the area of the country.
