Red flag

It’s a red flag but sounds like they’re trying to address it. Will there be a new superintendent by next school year? If so, I would take the job if offered.

What Lisa said. You need a small dosage, probably 2.5. The problem with edibles is if the ingredients aren’t thoroughly mixed, you get one gummy that is mold and another that is potent.

Service projects

Maybe a senior center or Alzheimer’s residence. Just visiting and listening to them is a help. Simple organized games like throwing a balloon keep them active.

Call credit card company ASAP. They are opened 24/7. They can track all you recent purchases. If it’s not something you bought, then ask to change the card.

Calming down

I second “flow” on go noodle. I used it when the whole class was edgy and antsy.

For an individual,child, I would remind them of the Flow exercises.
