I take fifteen (if that) minutes each Friday and let the kids pass out all the papers to go home. After a few weeks they are very efficient and it usually takes no more than 10 minutes. Well worth it...

Portfolio system
We have a portfolio system and save all writing across the curriculum. So it adds up to a LOT by years end!! Basically the kids pick a bunch of pieces for the district to save and then all the rest...
