Don't give regular dog food. Cook up some plain white rice. Mix it with a little cottage cheese or hard boiled egg. That is easy on the stomach.

Use strapping tape - the tape with string or something in it. Put it on both sides of the plastic curtain. Then use a hole punch to repunch the holes. It works. I did that when I had the same problem...
