My teaching partner and I have used Remind but we are thinking of changing to Classtag due to the character limits of Remind. Does anyone have any experience with Classtag? TIA!

Unless I can see a valid reason for engaging those students, I just ignore the comments. They are often shouted out and I don't feel bad ignoring poor behavior.

Good for you!

I don't understand why administrators don't understand the power of gratitude. A simple thank you goes a long way when staff is asked to go above and beyond.

Find a new place to make your own

If your environment is toxic, I would find a new school. Your well-being may be at risk if you stay.

Good luck!
