I don't know about the others, but Swing is NOT an employer. They subcontract you as an "independent contractor". This means you are considered "self employed." You are not eligible for unemployment...

It's a part-time temporary job with no benefits and low pay. The biggest perk is the flexibility to work when I want and not work when I don't want. No guilt here! ☺
