Once you upload all the identity info they want you’ll probably be able to certify within 2 to 3 days. That is what I have heard from a few sources. I would not bother calling them.

The problem is...

The problem is that the virus is apparently contagious 1 to 3 days before the person shows signs of being sick and some people never show signs of being sick but could still be contagious.
