Contract hours

My contract hours are 8:15-3:45. We have 35 minutes for lunch. I usually arrive around 7:455am and leave by 4:30.

I agree. You never know what may happen down the road. My DH had his leg crushed between two cars, not exactly something you plan for. He couldn't walk for 6 months, no work for about 7 months. ...

My ds20 has that series. It is an INTENSE workout. My DS who is very fit finds it intense and a challenge. It's hard on the joints as there is a lot of jumping.
