I ran into the same issue but we didn't have a spelling program so I bought a used teacher book for Rebecca Sitton (which I had used in another district). Was pretty cheap and definitely worth it!!

I just saw this post and glad the Epley maneuver worked for you! I had Vertigo for the first time 6 months ago and thought I was having a stroke!! Went to the ER and they ruled out all the bad stuff....

I found out 2 years ago that I have scoliosis after I was having a lot of back problems. I've gone to a lot PT that has helped somewhat but every AM I'm in pain and sometimes in pain the whole day....
