Safety Glasses

As soon as we get our vaccine shots, we're going to Europe to see our son who we haven't seen for a year! So excited!!

That's good to know! Have you used anything that helped? I'm not on any hormone replacements creams or pills and not sure it that would help.

Yes I did and she recommended using Rogaine which you apply to your scalp but it didn't do anything for me. My thyroid has been checked and everything is good there. I was thinking of taking estrogen...

I ran into the same issue but we didn't have a spelling program so I bought a used teacher book for Rebecca Sitton (which I had used in another district). Was pretty cheap and definitely worth it!!

Yay!!

I just saw this post and glad the Epley maneuver worked for you! I had Vertigo for the first time 6 months ago and thought I was having a stroke!! Went to the ER and they ruled out all the bad stuff....

Scoliosis questions

I found out 2 years ago that I have scoliosis after I was having a lot of back problems. I've gone to a lot PT that has helped somewhat but every AM I'm in pain and sometimes in pain the whole day....
