Yes, a spray

and it is supposed to be completely safe for human/pet. It's used in restaurants and places like that. I think my hubby gets ours at Menards.

I did try Bloomz one year but didn't utilize it. Then our principal encouraged us to try SeeSaw so I started that. It's like facebook for teacher/parents. The kids loved to upload...

How about this?

Could you just switch for three classes? For example, one of you teaches Math, one teaches SS, one teaches Science and then you all do your own Language Arts classes & religion.

Didn't matter what pill I was on I got bad headaches! Had to go off and we do NFP now, so easy and so effective with zero side effects. It's been over 20 years using it for us.....so worth it!
