Our school subscribes to moby math. It is great for assessments and extra practice. I also use Ten Marks and xtramath. Both free. I also have a tablet that I have loaded some math apps for.

If you use liquid starch on fabric it will stick to the wall. When you are done you can just pull it off. Here we cannot use much fabric due to fire codes.

I think that would be easy to make and certainly less than 50. They have raffia covered umbrellas at partycity that I may have to buy for 25 and then construct the pvc pipe legs around it.
