I had a childhood murmur and so did my oldest DD. We both grew out of them. My DD was adopted so it wasn't a hereditary murmur, we had different kinds. Don't stress!

Don't panic

I've had it for years and it has never progressed beyond that stage. I don't take anything other than calcium either. Strength training is also important to help with keeping your bones strong.
