A better option to cast iron

Is carbon steel pans. We bought ours from Made In. We’d used cast iron for years and loved them, except for the weight. Carbon Steel pans are way better than cast iron to cook with and clean.

We did a local cleaning crew a time or two. They did a great job. Were around $100 per session. Big crew and did it really fast. But we had to be there when they cleaned.

We pay a crew $130/week for a total of 4 weeks a month. They are here about 90 minutes. I think the crew is usually 3 people. We provide supplies. They have a key and let themselves in.

It’s not far off from an ice cream truck

It makes noise at low speed. Odd sort of sound that makes you look around to see what’s making the unusual noise. And it beeps backing up.
