I can’t even get a job. Our district lied to us about work. Even before covid, some days were like watching paint dry. How many hs classes are “work days” where we are just babysitting? Even movies.

I hate duty, but as I mainly sub high school I usually don’t have to do stuff. I will lose my prep to cover a class sometimes , and four 90 min classes is usually pretty brutal.

Only one district I’m in was doing virtual subbing. They gave us hours of paid training and now there are no jobs because teachers are just giving jobs straight to preferred subs and bypassing Aesop....
