Hi there! Do you mean the units of study for the project schools? I don't think that you can find them on their website and I don't have them saved.

I would like to be back in the classroom part time to be practicing what I am preaching. But my district doesn't want that model. I am glad that they are committed to having us on staff and value...

glad to hear from some of you out there!

It is great to see that there are teachers out there who are in my shoes. I feel like it is lonely sometimes, as well. It feels as though I am coaching in a bubble without anyone to bounce ideas...

reading with poetry

If you are running your reading workshop unit on poetry, you will have kids reading poetry independently while you are taking groups. You could do poetry within your guided reading groups of course....

You could also choose one day where you only meet with your lowest readers and then conference with everyone else. That way you can do both and at least still be meeting the needs of your struggling...

Georgia Heard's book

I own those books actually. They are extremely helpful and the lessons planned with Lester Laminack are wonderful. So if you want to invest some money in some excellent material this would be it!
