Sorry, but you cannot learn much from being in a teacher workroom once a month. Everything that you listed that she had to do seems routine for a teacher starting in a new/different school disctrict.

We have 5 elementary schools, 2 middle schools, and 1 high school. We have about 5000 students. As a girl from Delaware, this seems huge to me :p.
