Pay scale

We have the columns and steps like others do. We have several gaps snear the end of the schedule, where you don't get a raise for 5 years. You max out at 29 years.

I did have to dig out one baby from under DH when she was about 6 months old. Some how, she ended up under his arm, neither of them noticed and both kept on sleeping. The only one bothered by it...

This is why they don't want to put her on her tummy. I think for them, maybe the bassinette or a swing would be a good compromise.
