I arrange my desks in groups of four; 2 boys and 2 girls. I change them once a month. I arrange the desks based on what we are doing: giant u, circle, pairs, etc... but generally they are 4s.

Stackable "in trays"

I use just standard paper trays that stack for white-lined, yellow paper, and computer paper, and the kids access it when they need to . For large poster paper and construction paper I just stack it...
