One of my favorites

is The BFG by Roald Dahl.
I also like Punished, which is quick and easy. The story sends a young boy in search of oxymorons, palindromes, and one more figurative language piece that escapes me.

Two easy Christmas activities

Today I read The Little Cold Lady that Swallowed Some Snow. It was funny, because everything she swallowed related to a snowman. She finally hiccupped and out came a snowman. My sixth graders...

House on Hackman's Hill

Bed Bath and Beyond

I saw them this weekend, they were $40.00. You buy the black rubber mat and monogrammed part separatley. With all the coupons that BBB sends out, I bet that will help.

We have lots of kids whose names begin with Mc, or M this year, girls and boys.

thanks for sharing
