Try taking vitamin b12. My dr even wrote me a prescription for it so it would be less expensive. But even if you buy over the counter, well worth it! I swear by it.

Get knocked out - numbing never helped me, and that's what my anxiety was about, feeling the pain. It may cost an extra $300 but it is SOOOOO worth it!!!!!
