losing weight - with help

OK, many posters weighed in on their opinions about Jenny Craig and Nutisystem. Has any one tried Alli ? Seems like the prices are coming down and I wondered if it's worthwhile.

runs in my family and my dr. prescribed Lorazipam. Ive used it for several months and really like it. No groggy feeling in the morning or dopy feeling at night. I would be a wreck without it.

Our custodian

at my school tried it and it worked for a while - he admitted he sometimes cheated. Several months later he tried hypnosis and has no urge to smoke - 9 weeks and counting !

When I lived

in the cold country, I always enjoyed cross-country skiing. It's cheap and you don't have to plan or drive far. While you're gone you can have a crock pot of soup, chili or stew cooking.
