I am able to play any song on my playlists whenever I want from my computer using the free version of Spotify. I can't do that from my phone or iPad. The only time it might not work is if you've been...

Honey lime shrimp

This one is good and super easy! You just have to marinate, so plan a little ahead! I serve it over rice or riced cauliflower with steamed veggies so it's also pretty healthy as a bonus!

running music

I love all kinds of music and for running I'm much more concerned with the pace, or beats per minute, than how much I love the song. These are all around 160, or about a 12 minute mile. I'm no speed...

I agree that it can be a great motivator, but you have to have that perfect person or group for it to really work. So glad you found yours! You sound like you are both flexible and you don't have to...

I got a Joy steamer and it works pretty well for light fabrics, not as much for t-shirts or thicker fabrics. It was less than 20 bucks at Target.

I ran a half marathon in mine and they held up great! You have to consider that it includes 4 months of training 5-6 days a week. I buy them on Amazon, looking for the model from last year and they...

rule breaker

I hardly ever eat at the dinner table! I also leave the TV on while I eat. The funny thing is that I made my own kids sit at the table too. I will say that we did always leave the TV going, but I...

Definitely you can walk! As a matter of fact, when I did a 1/2 marathon, one of my friends walked the entire thing! Just do as other suggested, and start at the back so you don't slow anyone else...

I could've written this exact post! Mine had a rough day yesterday, so we started right away with a meeting and then I put the hammer down for the entire day. There were no chances, just 5 minutes of...

green ring

It calculates your exercise based on your heart rate, so that's why you can walk for miles, but not see more than a few minutes. If you aren't going very fast your heart rate won't be high enough to...
