Sorry, I don't have anything specific but establishing routines/procedures is a definte must. Giving freedoms as they are earned is also a must with K/1, my kinders just earned the right to go look...

Feed at Night

This is the reason we changed our dog to only get fed once a day at night, it worked like a charm with my scottish terrier. Now he gets up when my alarm wakes us both up.
