Yes!!!!! Hello Fresh always took me twice as long as they say. And, their meals are high calorie. I’ve had similar experiences with vegan, low carb, low protein programs. My blood sugar plummets....

I also do what PDX does. And I spring for expensive gloves. When I’m done, I use Gardeners Friend geranium and lavender balm on my hands. And I take all my rings off.
