Around 10 minutes. I would suggested checking the sealing ring and if you have one of those cups that sticks on the outside. Could be steam is leaking out.

Whoa!!! Personally, I don’t think your body type is yoga receptive. I always figure you we’re tall, but that’s a long stretch of water. OTOH, just do what you can do. Yoga is good.
