I was on the generic version and I found it helpful. I did have a slightly higher heart rate. On the other hand, I had a bit more energy and (TMI) orgasms were tons better!

audio book recommendation

I also use Libby and found Brain on Fire entertaining and interesting. I normally don't like audio books, but the idea of a crazy brain illness kept my attention.
