We are switching to something similar to PPs

A touchscreen product called NewLine Boards--They are like 78" tablets-- It can stand alone or mirror the content of an attached computer--

I don't have mine yet but have been to the training....

I usually start with 0, 2, 5, 10's because they are usually the ones most know by heart as skip counting. Some kids are...

Disclaimer--not an elementary teacher

I teach SpEd and have covered grades K-12+ by now. Even some of my MS/HS struggle with multiplication.

If it were me, I would make sure that the student understands why we multiply-- talk about...

No one who has taught,...

For me,

it is my 16th year in and my students NEVER shut up! Ever. I teach 5th-12th SpEd-mainly boys. They all talk too much and so loudly I feel my head will split some days. They interrupt and talk over...

For me

If the amount set aside to give was more than enough, donate a supportive amount in your name and put the rest in as anonymous. Is that an option?

I am a functional depressive* and this could

describe me some weeks. I too am generally unhappy and complain a lot. I think of it as an Eeyore kind of time. Procrastination can be a feature of depression too. Poor time management, poor hygiene,...

LOL. Too true.

We also have another use for that term...

We dismiss school in the elementary at 3:20-- We have a mom who arrives daily as early as 2:00 to sit in her car in front of the elementary doors until...

Don't forget about hand strength and pincher grip as well. At that age, many students don't have the muscles to do extended writing.

Do fine motor activities with her, have her crawl around and...

There is a saying for that...

If the car starts for everyone but you, it is not the car. The common denominator in all this is Him. If it were one unfair dismissal, hmmm... maybe. Then a second ??? Now 4? You do the math.

My original was Moderna and my Booster was Moderna-- From what my DH was told, the booster is just a half dose of the orignal shot.

Originally, in Feb/March, DH was a little sick after and I was...

In our district,

The affected student would quarantine and contact tracing would happen for the others. If they are contacted, they need to quarantine only if they are showing symptoms themselves...

I always hit on the generic first

Text Features--especially for Science and Social Studies--Those texts in particular are feature heavy and the chapters kind of outline themselves.

How to use the glossary and appendix of a given...

I've been in a portion of several days now

I usually start off slow-- I sit and daydream a lot first. I have to visualize the space once I see my stuff again. It is still pretty messy from the summer pack up.

I kinda like it though. I...

There are lots of things that I don't want to use a Lysol wipe on. Plus price wise, usuallly the cost per wipe of a baby wipe is cheaper than a Lysol wipe.

Things that...

I second the sheets

Buy the sheets at the Thrift Store. Many sheets do not enclose the end spaces on the wider header side of the trim and make perfect rod pockets for the curtain rods.

I like it best when the...
