I ordered mine from Amazon. I went with the 20 after a lot of reading. It seems like the weights are really a suggestion for adults. I donít sleep well at all without mine now.

I think “back tracked” is a matter of perspective. They are still advocating for in-person instruction, but they are affirming the need to do so as safely as possible.
