That was part of how I was originally diagnosed. My feet were numb. I couldnít feel where I was putting my feet when I walked. Mine eventually subsided. I didnít take any specific meds for it.

This way of thinking is such a slippery slope. Why should teachers be expected to work on their time off? Now if the district was paying for this training, that would be a different story.

Thank you everyone. Puzzle1mom, we have family in the area and visit often. Weíve actually done the jungle boat thing and some of the shops. A trip through the Everglades might be a good idea.

Iíve only ever been questioned when in another country. In the US I just tell them I have the syringes in my carryon as it goes through the X-ray machine. No one seems to care.

I take Rebif which is a shot that you take 3 times a week. Side effects include flu like symptoms but Iíve found that if I premedicate with advil or something an hour before the injection, Iím fine....
