I did love it. It enabled me to spend more time with my boys when they were small. That was 17 years ago...One in college and a senior in high school now so it's been a while. :) Good luck!

I job sharing several years ago for about 2 years when my kids were little. We did MT/TF and then every other Wed. That worked better than 1/2 days. It's not a 50/50 sharing thing...more like...
