Splash Math - Like an interactive math workbook
Word Wizard - Student use letter tiles to build words
Magnetic ABC

Word Wizard on my iPads, not sure if it would work with iPod touch though. I also have a sight word app that I can program my own lists for students to practice. I think it is called sight words...

We have a tiny

recess right before lunch - 10 -15 min. depending on when we get out there.
Then for a special treat we may have a recess the last 10 minutes of the day. We do get PE and music every day lasting...

We have been in school for a month and have to use a basal, so I am currently able to fit in 2 rounds. Read to self is up to 20 min. and Read to someone is at 14!!!

Stands for DIBELS Composite Score, you will have to go on their website to find out how to get the composite score. It will be a combination of the different assessment portions you give.

vinyl sleeves all the way!

The benchmark is the minimum a child should read to be considered "on grade level". The child you tested must be performing above grade level, so 143 would not be wrong. That child can quickly read...

Book Box suggestion

I have the book boxes from RGS. Can not stand them, If the kids blew on them, they fell over...no to mention not all of our books fit easily. I broke down and ordered the ones from calloway house...
