Thanks for the reminder about the permanent ink. They wear uniforms so I canít let them get ruined. We do have skinny markers, and they are washable, so those may work.

Pens for writing workshop

I have used pens to increase fluency with first graders. Have any of you used pens with little ones? I Have k, and donít want anything messy.

Any suggestions? Someone mentioned sharpie pens, but...

I agree with you

She needs to leave the dog home. I wouldnít allow another dog in my home that didn't get along with mine and would mark my home. Period. No reason to feel badly.

But...it's not uncommon for teachers to be advised to observe colleagues who are strong in the areas they need to improve upon. I've had others observe for various reasons, and I've observed others....
