Just heard on Dr. Oz that Vitamin d (1000) and calcium (600) taken together helps melt body fat. I think I'll be more consistent with taking them now.

You might want to check on the price of changing...
You might want to check on the price of changing over to a salt pool generator. Pools are much easier to keep clear with a salt generator than using chlorine.

You could cut the folder in half, put both halves through the laminator, then use heavy, wide tape to tape it back together.

Stove/Oven broken--no cook recipes??

You could
buy a small toaster oven and use that. You can also buy a hot plate for $10 that plugs into the wall and use as a stove top. I think I might just rely on a crockpot.
