Reading Worskhop is great, but

will not help with the super basics of learning language skills:
Buy, The Next Step in Guided Reading.....it will tell you exactly what to to with Emergent Readers.
They need this!!!!!!!

It is very teacher friendly.....and will answer all your questions

There is no way you could practice for more than for 2 hours. What you can do is start implementing and practicing Read to Self.......And for part of your block you can do your small groups the way...
