School nurse look at it today. She said to give it a few more days to develop the whitehead on it.

Itís still sore but not as bad as itís been. The hot, moist compress helps.

Hydroflask. I have the 32 ounce size. It holds ice water over 24 hours. The only downside to mine is that it is too big for my cup holder in the car.

dinner at 4:30-5. I go to bed at 8:30 to get up at 4:15am so I like to eat early and let my food digest.

I am on year 28 of teaching. I logged into my stateís retirement website this morning. If I teach 15 more years, I will get a very nice monthly income when Iím done. I had no idea it would be over...
