I retired with 211 sick days and was paid for 65 of them. Use them when you need. That's what they are there for. And the way things are now you MUST take care of yourself first!

We use freeconferencecall.com
It is truly free. Once in a rare while last spring someone would have to hang up and call back in. I also found that without the f2f the meetings went much faster.

Do what you need to do
to teach them to read. Write the Saxon in your plans and be prepared to follow if someone comes in to observe. Otherwise shut the door and teach. We did that back in the day when "whole language"...

That is horrible and illegal. Teachers need to start calling the police and filing charges against students who assault them and maybe the district will wake up. Good luck!

teacher reports are supposed to be anonymous. They are sent directly to SSI through a fax. No parent or other should have access to that document. That was totally wrong and could be a legal issue...
