If you do the math daily 3, and only have 2 rotations.. how do you work it?

Do you have 1 must do and then they can pick from the other 2 for the other rotation?

We use one for spelling. I/We paste the new spelling words onto the next blank page, they do all their spelling homework on the next pages, then on the next clean page they take their spelling test.
