Our kids use a math program with "9-digit" passwords - but they're pictures they click on, out of grouped choices. The program actually trains them, and it kind of amazes me how fast most of them...

Don't Worry!

They didn't complain to you (or the other student) because the comment was not the real reason they dropped the class, the amount of work was! - They just didn't want to admit that to the counselor....
