I don't think it should be a problem. Make friends with the custodial staff. The wonderful people who take care of my room just moved a whiteboard for me so I could maximize space.

My vote.

I like the top. I always struggle to find things to make my classroom look nice, but isn't costly or easily ripped down (emotional support).
