It just so happens I'm taking my 92 year old mother to her primary care Dr. tomorrow to discuss confusion/memory changes.

I carry a lightweight backpack so I put in my wallet, keys, snack ,phone and water bottle. It works for walking, hiking or biking. Love to have hands free! Mine is similar to the one amiga posted.
