Hi,
I think that as the sub is the one who has been teaching the class, he/she should write the reports.
As for the conferences, would it be possible for you to meet parents at a later date?

Don't push the academics too much

While I understand that you want them to be able to write a little, read simple phonetic books if this is a requirement for next year, I don't understand how the district can expect children to start...
