Using Wonders Literacy system????

Is anyone using the Wonders Literacy system of books (from McGraw Hill)?

help blending after sounding out written words

I have a few students who are having a really hard time reading cvc words. they do ok segmenting or "sounding out" the word but can't blend it back together. I need some new engaging ways for them...
