Greek banquet

For summer reading my second graders read some Greek mythology. I thought we'd try to have a Greek banquet as a fun ending. Have any of you done this and have some advice?

I did a dog theme in my second grade class one year and they loved it. It's been several years, and I don't remember much of what I did, but they enjoyed it.

Leap year theme

Since it's a leap year, I thought it would be fun to incorporate it into a theme. So far, all I can think of is leaping into second grade and using frogs. Do any of you have any other ideas?

I wish I could organize my home so well...
But I am 48 and do a new theme each year. It's what gets me excited for the new year. Otherwise I will be in a funk about summer being over!
