In Texas...

the Master Reading Teacher requires 9 graduate hours....the Reading Specialist requires a graduate degree plus 9 additional hours...

I chose reading specialist, and have both endorsements.

I too have...

thin hair...and went for the side swept bang. Didn't work for me...just looked placed on my face even with products and hot rollers...so I went for long full bangs which ironically worked out much...
