great advice essence

I recently interviewed and the questions were exactly as essence stated... exactly. I got the job and was told it was because of the reasons that she also mentioned. Good luck! You'll do great!

I try to differentiate the point of view by using "narrator" for the first/second/third and then character point of view as the perspective.

They earned partial credit for mistake fixes, and only with a grade below your choosing. Also, maybe have to get parent signature as part of the process. That may deter the pre-test mentality.
