Clip to ScrapBook #13

This is the first year I'm giving a kid a snack. I do allow them to bring snacks...even I need a morning snack to make it to lunch! I have one student who has a terrible home life and I know he doesn't get what he needs at home. He also becomes extremely "hangry" so it is to my benefit to have a snack for him. I just keep granola bars in my closet. Is it expected? No. But it's the least I can do for this hurting child.
