I would also look at benefits. Does it come with insurance or retirement? Is there a chance that you could work into full time next year or the year after? Now that I am looking at retirement, the years I spent home with my kids were a hit on my social security and state pension. Working part time also helped me fill in holes on my resume and explore new options for careers.
