First off, if you sub just about every day, you would still make more subbing as long as you can secure a summer job with the Y each year. Getting a full time teaching job is just as hard as winning the lottery these days. Also, due to more federal cuts next year, many special ed positions are being cut and eventually special ed wont even be in demand anymore. IF you don't get work everyday as a sub, then I would go for the full time position especially if they offer benefits, which they would have to with the new law starting in Jan. Go where the money is and what makes you happier!
