I started in 3 years ago when I was in 5th grade. Just played around with some of the attention getters. Forgot about it when I switched to 3rd and implemented towards the end and had wished I used it all along! Last year, I used it a lot but noticed when I didn't (kids got crazy). it really does work. They LOVE the super improver board (got rid of the clip chart after I stopped teaching 1st grade-I hate that thing!)

I can't say enough good things about it honestly.
